All of my life - the mixes

this carries on the theme of being different, but in the form of a prayer and searching within oneself.  As I have changed the lyrics to reflect the different spiritual.  As the lyrics say, be free to be the person that I am being me.  Constant messages of rejection for being different and trying to conform and fit him but never really doing that learnt a very important lesson, that you can never be somebody else and that you can only be yourself.  This is what being due to oneself is all about land that you have to find a try shares your values and ideals and accept you for who you were.  That is the real answer not trying to be someone else or someone you were not.  This is my message in the song.  With our wider awareness looking at things differently is the key this is a blessing if you can do this as our founders help me to understand for empathy for others and I hope this song can get people to see themselves in a positive way that being different is a gift.

While studying nature and the stars and science and my experience I know God is real and so I loved "like a prayer" by Madonna but also loved the other side of religion which is summed up in the song "it's a sin" by the Petshop boys - as sin is a creation of man and done to control people. Religion has been used by those to want to control people and own themand dominate them like slaves and this was taken up by those with money and power as a weapon. My idea of heaven in my song is different. Budha said with our thoughts we create our world and I know what you believe can cause your pain and joy. change your views or beliefs and find freedom.  Heaven can be here on earth if you want it to be and if you create it and build it. love is here too but you must look in the right places and beyond the body and the looks and see the soul. see the illusions you are being taught. being true to yourself is part of heaven too. many years ago I watched a film about two gay teenagers who lived on an estate in london and I loved the film and it was called beautiful thing. It was funny but also sad. the soundtrack introduced me to Mama Cass, I had known her to be in the band the mamas and the papas but I did not know she did solo material  As part of that music I came across songs she did with others and also songs and soundtracks she sang songs on and one of her featured the song Different. I covered all of the aspects of pain and difficulty of being gay or trans or bi or being a different race or having a disability and I thought it should be released and also be an anthem for LGBTQ and pride and I imagined it being played on pride marches so this was one of my songs dedicated to people being different and feeling good about it but acknowledging the pain..

MY HEART CALLING comes from a soundtrack to a film about Joan of Arc.  She is to me a good example of how religion manipulates and tells you that you are not able to speak to God that early church people are able to do this many churches still teach this thing and it is not true.  She has always ben an example of how corrupt religion is and how it has been used to manipulate and make up the laws to suit those in power and to get rid of anyone that challenges them.  Once you find the truth I can tell you it does release you from the shame and allows you to be free and closer to love.  So open arms and let love in and remember that real love does not destroy but it heals.

the search for love - mixes -
the search for love  song has seen many different changes in song and lyrics and they are shared on my own website.  It shows the growth of the song, being a work in progress and knowing I have to do some the way I want it and that I was now in the position to do that.  Heaven, I have learnt is a state of mind and of peace and of living in the moment and stripping down the delusions, illusions and lies that we have been taught to society, school, this system, parents and people at work especially in the Western world.    While love can be in heaven.  Love can also be here on earth and that means heaven can be with us now and we do not have to wait for heaven.  Heaven is a better world where  ever you are, as long as you are in the right state of mind.

the search for love - mixes -
the search for love  song has seen many different changes in song and lyrics and they are shared on my own website.  It shows the growth of the song, being a work in progress and knowing I have to do some the way I want it and that I was now in the position to do that.  Heaven, I have learnt is a state of mind and of peace and of living in the moment and stripping down the delusions, illusions and lies that we have been taught to society, school, this system, parents and people at work especially in the Western world.    While love can be in heaven.  Love can also be here on earth and that means heaven can be with us now and we do not have to wait for heaven.  Heaven is a better world where  ever you are, as long as you are in the right state of mind.
I loved "like a prayer" by Madonna but also loved the other side of religion which is summed up in the song "it's a sin" by the Petshop boys - as sin is a creation of man and done to control people. Heaven can be here on earth if you want it to be and if you create it and build it. This  song pays homage to "like a prayer" "it's a sin" and other songs like that in his 80s and mix of sounds.
