I placed microphone capsules under my shoes. Each step becomes a recording.
We always leave a trace, whether we mean to or not. Walking, means inscribing, carving a sonic
imprint into the ground.
Somewhere between sound walk and field recording, this project speaks to the way we inhabit the
world, gently crushing it, step by step.

Cette pièce est composée de hörspiel dans laquelle les paroles ont été supprimées par un algorithme de suppression de voix. Ne reste que quelques bruits de fond et une ambiance minimaliste. Cette pièce fait écho à la fin de la diffusion hertzienne en FM et nous révèle un monde fantomatique, dans lequel le silence à la radio trouve enfin sa place.

The stories were collected in a weekly storytelling circle at The South River Friendly Circle and are broadcast on NAISA Radio every Saturday at 1 pm. The stories are also available as a podcast or as individual audio segments on @naisa
