It's the first sunday of the month and the last Ambient Sessions of 2017. I wanna thank all producers and dj's for there contribution in for this year releases.    

This monthly released podcast brings you the best and the most diversity Ambient music can offer. This months session is created by Jeremy Meadow.

Bio
Jeremy Meadow is a San Francisco-based DJ who has been experimenting with performances of ambient and dub techno for several years. Inspired by the futurism of techno and the sounds of early IDM and ambient albums as a child, he has been taking the opportunity to showcase less overtly danceable styles of electronic music at events in San Francisco and at smaller festivals around the US.

Some San Francisco clothing sellers, including one of my favorites in Maas & Stacks, held a clothing sale at Public Works with DJs playing in the background. I had the opportunity to throw down an hour and a half of tracks and pick up a couple pieces at what ended up being a really unique event.

Jeremy Meadow | 90s Plastikman Homage Opening DJ Set for Deepbass

Jeremy Meadow is a San Francisco-based DJ playing ambient, dubtechno, and hypnotic techno. Originally from Oakland, his passion for electronic music began in his early teenage years with IDM and ambient techno. He began DJing in 2013 and currently plays at shows around the Bay Area, as well as at boutique music festivals. He also runs the new San Francisco-based ambient event series Intermission.

The theme of this mix is contrast, something that is present in many of my favorite places and artworks. The mix features a combination of glitch and jazz, two very disparate genres in many ways. I tried to accentuate the contrast between old and new, synthetic and organic, ambient and 4/4 throughout the mix while allowing the ideas to continuously flow together. The tracklist is emblematic of the collection I've acquired throughout my musical journey, and features many older songs from classic electronic artists I listened to a lot growing up such as Oval, Black Dog, Biosphere, Krudger & Dorfmeister, etc. I hope your listeners enjoy what I’ve put together.

Dear all, here's the 18th step of the journey, leaded by Jeremy Meadow.

Jeremy is a San Francisco-based DJ playing ambient and dub techno in addition to more club-oriented sounds. He hosts the ambient music event series Intermission. This mix was recorded live as part of a vinyl-only ambient DJ set for an Intermission event at RS94109 in the Tenderloin, San Francisco.
If you could imagine the soundtrack of an excursion to the heart of the mountains and great lakes, it might be this podcast. The selection, beautiful, is a coherent mix of the best in contemporary ambient music, and that encourages a deep reflection on what is the strength of nature, and why we have to preserve it.

It is also part of the picture illustrated by Jeremy himself, which represents a work of the Land Art movement, directed by Robert Smithson and named "Spiral Jetty". Smithson elaborated this work as a kind of ecological research, proposing to recycle polluted water and earth to make works of art, which became "instruments" of the ecological cause.
