Laatste Timur Open Air op Caz! [27-06-2007]

Waarom doe ik dit vreemd klusje? Omdat ik zoek naar een oldskool plaatje vanuit België, waarin de eerste informatietoon (met 900 Hz van het begin)wordt als een geluidtje gebruikt. Ik heb wel dit plaatje gehoord in 1991 - echt geen hallucinatie!

Ik zoekte overal (zoals plaatjes van Frank De Wulf, B Sides, R&S) maar heb niks gevonden.

De tweede informatietoon (met 950 Hz van het begin) klopt wel vandaag door hele Europa (zoals je een fout nummer belt of krijg naar een defecte mobiele verbinding)

why do this strange thing? because I look for an oldskool tune from Belgium, where the first information tone (with 900 Hz at the start) was used as a sample. I have definitely heard this tune in 1991, not a hallucination!

I have looked everywhere (such as tunes from Frank De Wulf, B Sides, R&S) but have found nothing.

The second information tone (with 950 Hz at the start) is heard today across all of Europe (such as if you dial an incorrect number or get a defective mobile connection)

Between 2004 and 2006 I was creative services director at Yorin FM / RTL FM in The Netherlands. This is a montage of some promo's from that period. Brings back memories of an amazing radio station and equally amazing team and work spirit.
