With 100 degree temps comes lots of time in the studio... so it's time to put some stuff out there... this is perhaps still a bit of a draft, but collaborator Stephen Schrum liked it enough to agree to make it public rather than a private link. Voice recorded with Steve's Bluetooth headset in his house in Greensburg PA. Aleatoric/Euclidian programming done here in Philly at my new outpost of sonic strangeness.

Shivasongster is the electro-experimental moniker of multi-instrumentalist Jeremy dePrisco. After years in the folk-rock and blues genres (which he still loves), Jeremy is taking some time to explore the more experimental side of his musical interests. Largely inspired by the online community at electro-music.com and their annual festival, Jeremy is currently working on a new collection of audio-geektastic recordings for the few brave souls willing to listen. These pieces will be drawn from 15+ years of studio experiments, archival live recordings, digital/analog experiments, found sounds informed by a love of recorded sound, audio production, experimentation and psycho-acoustics.
