Hello hello everyone! This is a folk-styled arrangement of another beautiful tune from Touhou Imperishable Night, where I played the recorder flute to the accompaniment of guitar and the steel tongue drum. I also played a segment of ocarina on the more calm and relaxing parts. Gensokyo Millenium ~ History of the Moon is another memorable tune and personally meaningful to me that got me into Touhou. I remember when I first got the bamboo flute, I tried to cover Eirin's theme but I ran out of breath. The recorder flute is still easier! I hope you like this cover and enjoyed the visuals especially when Eirin was overlooking the scenery. :)

~ Creation notes ~
Eirin's theme is among the first Touhou music that I've ever encountered way before I actually started getting into Touhou. It has motivated me to play the piano plenty of times (many piano arrangements are present) as well as serving as my background music for studying. I have played some piano covers before in older videos, but those weren't my original arrangements after all. Hence, in this video, I finally created my own Bit2 arrangement of Gensokyo Millenium with my favorite instruments such as the guitar, recorder, flute, and steel tongue drum in my typical peaceful folk style, with the traditional eastern element. I also realized that I haven't drawn Eirin's picture even though I've made two covers of her before, so this is the first official debut of her drawing drawn in my style. :)

Video, character artwork, music arrangement, and cover performed by Bit2. Background art created with the help of Stable Diffusion (wow!!). Darkly romantic, sometimes creepy, with a bit of carnival to finish it off. Hollow Fishes was a hastily completed album make on a limited budget thank to the patience and generosity of John Hartman in Sudbury, Ontario. 

It was completed in July of 1994 having been recorded in two sessions separated by  several months, but was not released until 1998. There are no high quality versions of the tracks except for a DAT tape that is now 27 years old. Only MP3's have survived.

I have consideed rerecording the album, but it seems unlikely now.
