'Down Underground' is an alternative and intense track I've written in the first months of the war.
It's the first track I've chosen to release this year as it is the most urgent, and the need to remember why it all started and the people that are still there is stronger than ever.
Besides that, I believe the first step towards inner peace is the catharsis and acceptance of the raw and dark emotions we have been through, which I aim to participate in through this song.

'I Miss You But I'm Happy' is an experimental, multi-genre and multilingual song talking about the paradoxical need to give meaning to stories that don't necessarily have one, and ultimately magnifying them by saying that even though they weren’t supposed to matter, they do — and sometimes even deeply.
Shared between the sadness of leaving and the happiness of it having happened, between the empty feeling of a loop that never ends and the beauty of things, between the brutal honesty of rap and the emotional intensity of rock.

I Miss You But I'm Happy

'Do You Want to Be a Hero?' is a cinematic pop-rock ballad, the second song I post related to the war and my most personal one yet.
Written at a personal low-point during the current conflict, this track is meant to be a journey through the thoughts of a soldier sent to war, expressed through the imagined voices of his loved ones.
I believe it to be the most accomplished and meaningful track I’ve released on this channel.

'Let’s Take a Swim' is a pop-rock track based on a personal story.
The song tells the story of a guy hanging out at the beach with a girl, and they decide to go for a swim — but the sea turns violent and they nearly drown.
Treating a serious subject in a lighter tone, from feel-good pop verses to dramatic rock choruses, this song was really fun to execute and is one of my proudest moments production-wise.

'It's Too Late' is an uptempo, melodic indie rock song, telling the story of a tumultuous relationship from the front line.
Mixing war imagery with emotional scars, it reflects on love turned dark, the passage of time, and the bittersweet pull between desire and pain.
