Julio Navas’ latest adventure on Great Stuff “Organic” is drenched in punctuating and raw sawtooth synth sounds, that nestle against scratchy sub-bass frequencies in an artful, modern way. The Spaniard creates an atmospheric soundscape, that is underlined by his trademark thick groove. “Organic” is a mesmerizing piece of music, perfectly suited for late night and early morning sets.

Moody synths smear out to the edges of Alex Stein’s remix. Those add a sense of limitless energy, while the constantly morphing bassline sucks you into the cutting-edge techno groove. Alex finds the perfect formula to translate Julio’s original into a peak-time beast!

Ed is Dead has long been a tech house master, shooting out many great tracks on various labels. He adds a loser drum programming and a floating feel to his interpretation, while keeping the vibrancy of the track in tact. Splashes of mystical chords keep things rolling and tasty throughout.

The Incroyable Music imprint returns once more, set to serve up another helping of emotional and captivating electronic music, this time fronted by label regular Fabio Montana and his Metropolitan EP. Following on from his Nebula EP, which saw great success, the ‘Metropolitan’ collection features two originals and a following two remixes from Bellville and Benotmane.

The title track kicks off proceedings, featuring a selection of soaring melodies and a down right infectious groove that runs throughout, pausing briefly only to pick up the energy levels in two spine tingling builds. The journey then turns a corner as Swiss producer Benotmane builds upon the original melodic phrasing that Fabio so eloquently crafted, with an end result that boasts a deeper and slightly darker atmosphere. Bellville then strips it back further, with drops driven by a crisp kick and odd flurries of synth bursts, setting the final original up perfectly to close the EP in style. ‘Streets of London’ is a seven minute spectacle, set for the darker corners of the room, powered by rolling synths and deep pulsating bass and a fitting end to the latest Incroyable chapter.

When Dave Seaman & Steve Parry first spoke about starting a record label together, one of their motivating factors was to create a prestigious platform on which they could also release their own productions. And so, following Steve’s massive ‘Apricity’ release earlier this year, it’s now Dave’s turn to abuse his position of label boss and drop his own new single, ‘Nightfalls’.

It’s his third outing on Selador following 2014’s brace of ‘Naughty Forest’ and ‘Justified Replacement Of Lulu’ and by sheer coincidence, also happens to be Selador’s 50th release. Anybody would think we’d planned it that way! 

The original production is centred around vocal flourishes from Ananda Project’s millennium classic ‘Cacades Of Colour’ and sees Dave in classic mode embracing both Techno and Tech House stylings to deliver a thoroughly modern hybrid. 

We then call upon three giants of the remix world to sprinkle their magic on proceedings. First up Lee Van Dowski stays pretty close to the original arrangement but ramps up the energy levels to bursting point. Anthem alert! 

Next, Chymera gets all deep and sophisticated with a blissed out interpretation that has neck hairs standing to attention and shivers cascading down the spine. Heavenly doesn’t even cover it. 

And topping things off, new kids on the block, OC & Verde deliver a certified Tech House monster. This one goes straight for the jugular from the off and never lets up. Straight up, peak time. 

And with that, our 50th release comes to fruition and we’re proud as proverbial punch. Infact, we even go as far as to say we’re starting to get the hang of this label lark. A big thank you to everyone who’s got us this far. 
Half-a-century, not out. And we’re only just getting started!

Guy J’s Lost & Found is riding high in 2016 with its flow of exceptional releases that now continue with an amazing new production talent coming out of the vibrant Argentinian scene. Kevin Di Serna makes his Lost & Found debut here with two gorgeous tracks. Fresh from releases on Alola, SexOnWax, Subtract, and (of course) fellow countryman and superstar DJ Hernan Cattaneo’s Sudbeat label, Kevin’s releases have been on Guy J’s radar for quite some time, so it was only a matter of time before Lost & Found’s main man would choose to release some amazing music that fits perfectly with the label’s ethos.

Fellow rising Argentinian star, Ditian, has teamed up with his compatriot on ‘Crystal Forest’ to create a beautifully melodic track with shimmering flourishes and a lovely, deeply hypnotic groove, which is perfectly suited to those wonderful summer sunshine moments. This delightful track is complimented by the deeper reverence and more laidback sounds of ‘Dallah’, which is an enthralling solo effort by Kevin.

Lost & Found is steadily building a catalogue of releases that are uniquely joyous, uplifting, intelligent and beautiful. This is music to hold close to your heart and this is a label that everyone should, most definitely, always keep on their music radar.

Senso Sounds drop a major release from techno heavyweight Dubfire and label boss Oliver Huntemann. Reuniting the partnership that has seen a string of seminal releases over the years in the form of their 'Elements' series, 'Humano' is the 2nd part of a continuation of this series - more weapons of grade dance-floor material from the high profile duo. Later on this year their partnership will be summarized in their 'Restrospec- tivo' album.
Former Deep Dish man Dubfire’s uncanny knowledge of how to create epic dance- floor moments is in full effect, combined with Huntemann’s precision tool production techniques on the original version of the title track. The result is a super tough, tight and incalculably driving slice of techno goodness that will ignite floors worldwide. The rest of the EP manages to maintain the pressure - with a set of sick remixes from Victor Ruiz, Hatzler and Shaded.
Ruiz, the Brazilian techno pioneer adds another level of fire to the original, tweaking and refining the track into a damager that pushes everything to 11 and hits home with every play. Hatzler, the Hamburg based German DJ/producer chooses a different direction - emphasizing more of the space in the original. Rinsing the tension to the next level, look out for the epic middle section break down. The whole package is primed to destroy clubs far and wide - techno at its most effective. Shaded’s Summer Skin remix also delivers a tightly wound interpretation, with a bubbling bass line and nervous, excited groove providing the fuel for an extended dancefloor excursion.
