"Some music pieces make us feel alive, hopeful, and overwhelmed with emotions. That's what I experienced when I first listened to the original "Rainchecks In Montreal" by Guy Gerber. A couple of years later, it randomly popped up on my Spotify, and I kept playing it repeatedly while on a flight. Then I felt the urge to put my take on it. A few moments later, I opened my laptop, edited the original track, and added some harmonies, a melody, and grooves. I showed what I did to Guy, and he liked it. He gave me some good notes to think of to make it even better, which I followed. The result is probably my favourite track to play at the moment, and the reactions it gets from the different crowds are just insane! So much love and happiness."

The latest installment of our free download series welcomes Adam Sellouk and Matan Tamal with their take on ‘Rumble’ by Skrillex, Fred again & Flowdan. Hailing from Israel, Adam Sellouk first emerged in 2021 with a contribution to Steyoyoke’s Paradigm collection. Immediately recognized for his astral sound, Adam quickly caught the attention of world class DJ Miss Monique, who signed him to her Siona Records imprint for a two-track showcase later that same year. 2022 would see further successes for Adam, with Nora En Pure’s Purified imprint being the landing spot for ‘Mirage’, a well received production which saw play from Agents of Time, Innellea, Kevin de Vries and Mathame. Meanwhile, fellow countryman Matan Tamal has enjoyed similar success since his debut on Steyoyoke in 2021. Over the next two calendar years the Petah Tikva resident would record projects for Awen Tales, Duenia and Lowbit Records. Having previously collaborated on ‘Polar’, a track which was released via Awen Tales last year, Adam and Matan decided to work on a club effective version of ‘Rumble’ by Skrillex, Fred Again & Flowdan. Released as part of Skrillex’s 2023 album ‘Quest for Fire’, the dubstep/grime fusion proved to be one of the album’s most popular tracks, racking up close to one hundred million streams across a six month stretch. As a much requested track in the sets of Argy, Innellea, 8kays, Human Rias recent sets, we’re happy to offer their bootleg version as a free download. Enjoy

During his career he has collaborated with people ranging from Paul Oakenfold to Dr. Motte, and his remix of "The Age Of Love" by The Age Of Love remains one of electronic music’s most iconic classics.
This four-track EP showcases Jam EL Mar’s timeless style of techno which fuses powerful synth lines with thundering percussion to create explosive grooves.
“Animah” opens the release with a thickset arpeggio that swells with intensity as the track unfolds. “The Luminous Incal” has trippy atmospherics and an electrifying synth line layered over a pounding kick drum. “The Black Incal” is an industrial track with raw sound design and devastating groove. “Tanatah Intro” closes out the release with a suspense building DJ tool that has a dystopian vibe.'
