This track became a personal theme for me, detailing the years of work it took to get to Los Angeles - and to begin the journey towards becoming who I'm meant to be. The first 2 minutes represent anticipation and hesitation. I see myself biking up a mountainous road at dawn, working my ass off and endlessly focusing on what I have to do next. When the outro hits at 2:05, it represents a final decision - for me, it's at last pulling the trigger, cold dropping an entire 30 years of life, and starting anew. But it also represents a general positive change - a rebirth, an evolution, a cocooning, into finally becoming who you're supposed to be. <3
