This mixtape is a copy/paste from two mashup artists. The first 8 minutes are from DJ Cobra's mixtape called "Illest" and the remaining 50 minutes is from two mixtapes made by "GirlTalk", I moved some parts around and cleaned up the language to make it useable for group fitness classes that require "clean" music. It is not my intention to take credit for making this. Instead, I hope to help spread the word on great mashup mixes from some of the GOATs in the game. I highly recommend checking out both artists on SoundCloud or Youtube if you are curious for more like this.

After working in group fitness for many years, I decided to start making my own mixes. I love music and I understand how essential it is in creating an amazing class experience. I truly believe the music can make or break the experience. Some of my mixes will have a mix of all genres, others will be more hip-hop bias.
