"Jerome Hill (Super Rhythm Trax / Don’t) dons his Techno hat once again for an outing on fresh new label ’Swords’ and opens up with ‘The Creeper’, a brooding ear worm of a banger that skulks around unhinged as FM synthesis drills a hole in your eardrums with solid and moreish bass keeping things very heavy indeed. 
On the flip we have ‘Drum War’ which is just that; Sharp snare rolls puncture a heaving carcass of crunchy kicks and bass with tension riding high.
Also included is a bonus Drumapella for DJs to utilise when extra snares are needed !!
 Lastly, the original mix of ‘Plastic Jam’ gets a deserved release after a more stripped back drum heavy mix appeared on the excellent Power Vacuum label last year. The original mix sees a happy melding of broken beat Techno with old skool 1992 Hardcore."

On July 21st 2018 I played a set at the Boombox club in London E17 as a part of Gordie's 72nd birthday celebrations. 
For those who don't know, Gordie is legendary figure on the London squat party scene who used to bang out (and still does from time to time) the fiercest and fastest hard acid Techno most notably on "Underground Sound" sound system, and I used to play alongside him most weekends during the late nineties and early 2000s. 
This was a bit of a reunion and a chance for all his old friends and sparring partners to wish him a happy birthday .. I played for an hour and Gordie played after me and the vibe was as lit as it used to be back in those days. 
This set is a re-recording of the one I played that night featuring all the same records plus a few extras that i couldn't quite fit in. 
Very much a flashback to the sound I used to play at the massive squatted warehouses back then..  Happy Birthday Gordie !!

This mix was recorded live from Reaktor's Katharsis event in 2017.  For those that don't know, Katharsis happens once a year and is dedicated to the faster, harder and more industrial side of techno.  This was my entire 3 hour set from that night.

Over the last few years we have built a steady relationship doing events together and sharing our passion for this music.  We are teaming up once again for ADE 2018 and releasing this mix as a thank you to all our followers and supporters.
