Evolving across a dark rumbling bassline, the duo flaunts their musical finesse, devising an otherworldly soundscape with cosmic synths and distorted vocals. Diving into ‘When You’re Gone’, Moonwalk’s brooding B-side is a slow-burning creation, which allows the listener to get lost in the vast atmosphere before taking control with entrancing melodies and celestial sounds

We are delighted to welcome Miss Monique to Lost on You with her new 'Way of the Wind EP'. The talented producer has been a well-known entity within the scene developing an inimitable musical style, full of ambiance, paired with dejected and warm dreamy patterns that have guided her to where she is today and embody the sound she now embodies.

On her debut, Miss Monique begins with the excellent opening track "Way of the Wind", a stunning progressive house track. The track uses a deep groove as its foundation, underpinned by a melodic rhythmic groove that gradually works its way to the top. Unified by a round kick drum and unrivaled atmospheric emotion, a structured sphere of sonic satisfaction. Clever synth phrases complete the picture to create an artfully crafted work of art.

The melodic soundscapes of the title track, "Sojorun", round off this spectacular release. The influences of Miss Monique are immediately evident, as subtle free-form concepts drift through the instrumentations and their progressive sound. To close the year 2021, Oddity presents the long awaited various artists, Odd Echoes vol. 5, loaded with hypnotic melodic cuts from new and returning artists.

The V.A, showcases the label's cohesive, yet diverse and evolving melodic sound, with a number of artists brought together to create this magical journey.

Opening the V.A label boss Fur Coat delivers a new collaboration with Alfa Romero, introducing us to the construction of the deepest, most ethereal and melodic sounds, where artists like Adamant, Baime, aacht, Esoteric Circle and Andrea Martini show a coherent crescendo in the timeline of the compilation.

Continuing the story, we can see new names joining the record label like Casper Cole, Rinzen, Jos & Eli, delivering some diverse melancholic yet euphoric cuts.

Digging further into the compilation, sounds like those of the collaboration of Jonas Saalbach and Tantum, or the originals by Remcord, Lexer, SOEL, 19:26, Beswerda, Sascha Breamer bring a touch of darkness that transport us to another dimension in sound.

Last but not least, Aalson, The Element MT, Daijan ft. Running Pine, Black Peters and Jody Barr, present some closing-oriented emotional cuts, with some of them including some breaks or experimenting with some unique synths and textures, to ensure the perfect closure to this story we call Odd Echoes.

Jerome Isma-ae combines the behind-the-curtain knowledge of a music producer, with the familiarity and deep knowledge of a dance floor you would expect from a DJ. Broad in his influences, and a visionary in his approach, you’ll always catch a hint of progressiveness in his sound. Jerome has been surrounded by music since his early years, with musical education in elementary school, learning the piano and later the guitar. At 12, Jerome was already playing the bass guitar in a heavy metal band, but it wasn’t until 14 that he started making his own beats with a drum machine.
Having dabbled in many dance music subgenres, you will catch glimpses of Techno, Trance, and Progressive House in his productions. A mean and heavy rhythm section is contrasted against haunting harmonies and counter melodies, and complimented by ambient and textural layers that add a new dimension to the final product. This formula is applied with top-notch clarity and a meticulous attention to detail to such an extent that the sound of his drums has become both recognizable and memorable.
