Jerome Sydenham is an electronic music visionary who has worked across the industry for more than 30 years. His ever-evolving sound draws on his Nigerian heritage and has consistently maintained an almost impossibly high standard. The brilliantly potent 'Walk the Dog' is a tight, driving techno workout with rigid synth loops and eerie bells. It features Cosmic Soldier, whose menacing yet alluring vocals instruct someone how to behave. Add in the weighty bassline and you have an immediately timeless deep techno classic. Sydenham then remixes his own cut and flips it into something more bouncy and raw. The vocals are chopped into tiny looped fragments and there is a little more funk in the kicks that will get dancefloors marching as one.
