One of the best locations I've played at. Michanwi is a quiet town on one of Zanzibars peninsulas. The Kae beach is a long, sandy beach with magical sunsets. Here is my reconstructed set from playing there.

Growing up in Cali (Colombia) Angaro developed a passion for collecting and sharing music, with salsa being a strong influence from an early age. After relocating to Berlin in 2001, Angaro has been deeply involved in the city's renowned club and festival culture, absorbing its diverse musical trends. As a key figure in the founding of Nie Wieder Schlafen, Angaro plays a crucial role in orchestrating and managing the brand's various events.

As a refined selector, Angaro enriches parties with his energetic sets that encompass a range of deep, afro, and tech-house beats. His natural aptitude for reading the audience enables him to craft dynamic performances that guide the crowd through a myriad of groovy, melodious peaks. He has performed at well-known clubs in Berlin such as Burg Schnabel, Anita Berber, KitKat, Mensch Meier, Alte Münze, and The Yard, as well as in clubs in cities like Lausanne, Tübingen, Medellín, Cali, and Cartagena. Additionally, he has showcased his talents at events like CSD Berlin, Garbicz, and Burning Man.

Angaro enjoys the opportunity to play extended sets and after hour parties, where he can explore eclectic mixes that span various electronic music genres, including latin-tech, indie-dance, house, disco, and melodic techno.

Premiere: Chris Coco, Nick & Samantha - Paradise at Night [DSPPR]

Good Manors welcomes Hector and Jack (aka Clan), the Sydney-based DJ-duo who share a love for emotive, nostalgic rhythms, and are in their element playing to high-energy crowds at club nights and festivals. 

Influenced heavily by the likes of Sasha, John Digweed, Patrice Baumel, Rodriguez Jr - their mixes feature anything from progressive and melodic house/techno to emotive breaks and afrobeat. 

Playing regularly at Robbie Lowe’s Sydney-based parties Good Groove, they went on to set up “de doof presents”, an annual boutique festival that connects their wider friendship group with the love for music, community and hedonism.

Fractured Heights

Been really enjoying expanding the sonic lately, and took this mix as an opportunity to continue doing that.  I’ve sprinkled in some breakbeat in my sets over the years, but this is 1.5 hours of strictly spacey breaks goodness.  Some true gems in here of varied textures, generally slowed down to the tempos that I tend to play in.  When I first immersed myself in electronic music in the late 90’s-early 00’s my main love was jungle and atmospheric DnB, bookended by heavy rotations of quality hip-hop.  This is probably the first mix I’ve posted where those influences can be heard underpinning the sound.  Hope you enjoy the journey, and planning to be back in February with a set of silky cuts in time for Valentine’s Day <3

Jerpa aka Jernej Pavlic comes from Ljubljana. 

The Co-founder of Sinergia has been controlling the vibe on Eclypse, Butik, Soundhitectures, Magnetik Music, K4 and other shows as well as local festivals like the Flows, Endorphin and Castle Festival.

His sound is defined by hand-picked driving melodic house tracks and non-apologetic vocals inspired by artists like Khen, Vhyce, Nick Warren and labels like Vivrant, Soundgarden & Sudbeat.

His uplifting mixing style is bringing the vocals to melodic techno and underground sensibilities. Known to be more comfortable in playing longer sets, his style can be described as storytelling, as he is taking us on a voyage of feelings.

As the co-founder of Sinergia, the electronic music events in Slovenia and a community for holistic development, he is also running @sinergia-flows, the melodic house & techno podcast.
