We were waiting for the perfect weather and announced the magical sunset session only a day in advance. 

Perched high above Ljubljana, offering the most breathtaking view over the Ljubljana valley, with our beloved DJ Jerpa on the decks, we captured not just the music, but one of last 2023 summer memories as the sun kissed the horizon goodbye.

Nicolas Soria is a DJ/producer from Rio Grande, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina. His career as a DJ began in 2010 and his career as a producer began in 2019. He participates in labels such as Amulanga, Dreamers, The Purr and Zenebona among others. Today it also has its own label called "Anoka" where music from local and international artists is released every month. Jerpa (Jernej Pavlič) is DJ and co-founder of Sinergia community and Flows Festival is a prominent presence in Slovenia’s electronic music scene.

His journey has taken him to the stages of festivals like Balance Croatia, Endorphin, Flows, and Castle Festival, as well as events by Eclypse, Butik, Soundhitectures, Magnetik Music, and more. He’s also performed in the region’s top clubs, from Ljubljana’s K4 and Cvetličarna to Zagreb’s Boogaloo - sharing stages with artists such as Marsh, Roy Rosenfeld, Chris Luno and others.

Drawing inspiration from legends like Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren, and labels such as Lost & Found, Soundgarden, and Sudbeat, Jerpa’s sets are known for their storytelling nature — guiding listeners through an emotional journey with driving progressive and melodic house, underground sensibilities, and unapologetic vocals.

As a co-founder of Sinergia and Flows Festival, he’s deeply involved in building a community around melodic and progressive electronic music in Slovenia. He also runs the @sinergia-flows podcast, featuring artists from across the globe.
