About the show: Stranjj Selections radioshow is the voice of Stranjjur; hosted by label co-owners Kev Obrien and Chris Luzz; the show aims to showcase the stranjjur sound, as well as the label's artists. The show was originally launched and hosted by Kev Obrien in 2009; but in January 2012 he was joined by colleague and musical partner-in-crime Chris Luzz, who dissolved his long-running show Luzzed Up? into the Stranjj Selections show. Each month Kev and Chris host the show, either together or separately; and a special guest takes over for hour 2.

Since the show's inception in 2009, special guests have included: Carlo Lio, Gorge, Till Von Sein, Lula Circus, Milton Jackson, Kruse & Nuernberg and many more.

Y este estreno que viene en forma de EP, es un release que lo conforman dos originales (más una versión ambiental) de los cuales nosotros estrenamos 'Siesta'.

Though it's been a long time in the making, we're happy to finally unveil this EP which we felt was absolutely perfect for spring and the upcoming summer season...so we are joyed to welcome Nhan officially on board the Stranjjur roller coaster of craziness with his long-awaited 'Together Forever EP' -- a double a-sider with 2 monsters from the man himself; which are backed by in-house remixes provided by Stranjjur's co-captain, @ChrisLuzz; who re-arranges things and throws the Brooklyn midas-touch on 'Forever' -- a cut which is sure to go 'round and round' in your minds and on the dancefloors this summer.

For the remix of 'Together'. we once again put the power in the hands of a guy which we all know you're becoming very familiar with by now; as he sets to make some big debuts this summer on My Favorite Robot Records, amongst other ventures... we once again hand the stems over to our favorite Tunisian prodigy, @HearThuG .....

Lula Circus - So Cold (Original Mix) [STRANJJ-014]

Stranjjur is about to come full-circle this summer, and to kick off our parade of big releases which we've been patiently waiting for the right moment to unload on the world; we return to where it all began, with Lula Circus furnishing their 2nd EP for Stranjjur, nearly 2 years after their debut EP helped launch them to the globe trotting rising stars they are today; and helped Stranjjur launch in proper fashion to get us where we've arrived in our first 2 years as a label. 

The So Cold 2U EP features 2 stellar originals from Lula Circus, both heart-tugging and spewing with emotional grooves and Lula's signature melodic undertones which give both cuts an appeal that's impossible to ignore. 

On remix duties,  the red-hot Kolombo supplied us with a floor filler, while our new friend Beckwith (Ajunadeep) comes through with a super-groovy peak time remix which nods toward Bristol with it's garage-inspired bass and vocal cuts. The power punch, however, comes from two guys which any Stranjjur fan know just as well as Lula Circus themselves; Havens+Hart.  They completely flip 'So Cold' on it's head, filling every spectrum layer imaginable with non-stop funk  and bass which is a guaranteed knockout punch on any dancefloor.
