Unveiling "Paris Bristol Express (Remixes)" a tantalizing follow-up to Shonen Bat's contribution on June 2023's "Good Vibes Vol. 1" that once again showcases Bad Tips' commitment to diversity.
The artist's original track undergoes a graceful transformation in five distinctive new interpretations.

VIP Mix is steering away from progressive trance to infuse G-House, Trap, and 2000-10s bass music elements. The result is a warm, end-of-summer vibe with emphasis on rhythmic intricacies and infectious grooves.

Canelle Doublekick's UK hardhouse-inspired remix adds another layer of diversity, offering a brisk and diva-infused experience that is perfect for energetic club sets while HI ROSIE's remix draws inspiration from Shonen Bat's VIP version, delivering exceptional bass textures, crafting a hard drum-infused anthem tailored for expressive moments on massive sound systems.

Swooh's remix skillfully maneuvers between 4/4 and breaks, presenting a dynamic and efficient addition to the EP with its acidic electro infusion that leads to Zulu's epic electronic crossover concluding this piece with a masterful blend of contemporary styles resulting in an afro-emo-club ballad.

Shonen Bat - Paris Bristol Express (Swooh Remix)

In this new EP, released on La Zintrie Records and entitled "Another Reality", Swooh delivers a highly effective blend of ghetto house, techno and trance, taking us into a world that's both gentle and sunny, underpinned by powerful, driving rhythms.
 
The project opens with 'Check It Out', a dreamy, festive track resolutely inspired by 90s ghetto house combined with radiant, ethereal synth layers.
This is followed by 'Make A Move', a techno/trance track made for dancefloors, wrapped up in the positive sensibility that is omnipresent in the Brest artist's productions.
The third track, 'Push My Button', opens up a more melancholy perspective, with its heady melodies hybridised with a frantic ghetto groove.
The EP closes with 'No Less Real Than Dreams', a more introspective final act that paints a nostalgic yet luminous picture, supported by perfectly-cut drum breaks, hazy vocals and majestic melodic flights.

Driven by a mad ambition to establish themselves as key players on the Parisian Bass and Break scene, they called on a hand-picked selection of the scene's flourishing artists for their very first Various Artist. The compilation, featuring 11 club weapons with both mystical and incisive vibes, reflects the eclecticism dear to the Craquages project.

● Nantes-based Collectif Solstice announces their first Various Arists compilation, with the participation of 13 artists coming from various electronic scenes (France, United Kingdom, Germany, Brazil). First volume is focused on the minimal & darker side of club music, while second volume is brighter & funkier.

After members of the collective met up with a number of new artists and producers in 2023, the idea of the Various Artist project quickly came to life and led to a meeting with Diego Verissimo, a sound engineer and producer who will be responsible for mastering the project.

...and we're so proud to present to you the second installment of our Patchworks V.A series. It's been a long time in the making, and here we have a collection of electronic tracks from 9 absolutely incredible FLINT (female/lesbian/intersex/nonbinary/trans) producers from all around the world. With support from BBC Radio 6, Kool FM and Rinse/SWU, the tracks have already been doing bits.

Blissful queer UKG, thumping UK funky, euphoric, skin-tingling techno, sassy 150 stompers, sexy analogue ghetto bangers, slamming 160 - we've got it all, and more besides. This V.A takes you on a proper tour through every mood, speed and vibe that underground dance music has to offer. It's an absolute toolbox for any DJ that considers themselves multi-genre, and even for the non-DJ's it's got a track for every occasion. It's a testament to the eclectic nature of dance music, and also of people.

All proceeds from this V.A will go to the Trans Asylum Seeker Support Network, a non-profit, anti-state and grassroots organisation that supports trans refugees in every aspect of life after arriving in the USA. The money will specifically go to helping Noah, a trans person who is a refugee from Palestine.
