This was a fun little piece created by my 12 year old daughter Claire and I.  She chose all of the loops and musical elements and together we arranged them into a cohesive song.  I created a few melodic phrases as well. She also gave the song it's unique title.  Created using Apple Logic Pro X.

Have you ever been obsessed with a piece of music before? I have. This piece has plagued me for years with my numerous attempts at mocking it up with samples. Finally, after about three or four complete do-overs, I think I'm happy with this. My first attempts took weeks because I was trying to recreate it by ear, and perhaps my ears aren't that good - but there were some difficult harmonies in this track. I finally found a hand-written copy of the original score and it helped immensely. Though I had a copy of the score, there were quite a few differences between it and the final recorded OST. In my recreation, I tried to stay as true to the OST as possible, while using the score as reference. While it's not exactly perfect, I think I can call this journey complete.
