Vacuity - A Moment

"A Moment" is a song based on the experiences of the picture above (a lake in Ireland). At the moment of the picture, the rain stopped for about 3 - 5 minutes until it started again. I wanted to capture this moment in a simple piece of music. You can hear the rain come and go, the ominous dark part of the music as well as the happy part where the sun started shining.

ALL sounds (excluding the lower bass vocal) were produced through an acoustic guitar by me.

"Pale Mirrie Dancers" is a song based on the experiences of the picture above (northern lights behind the clouds on a moonlit night in Finland). You can hear the ambient track of me walking through the snow through the whole track. The song uses a slow buildup using deep brass sections that compliment the experience. While the middle section could be described as "extreme", there's still some beauty in the man you hear, praising the skies and asking the forces of nature for a blessing of power and strength to help him move on in these moving times.
