Beginning with the essence of creation, the music gently guides us through an exploration of our life's experience and generational trauma, inviting us to acknowledge, process, and ultimately release these emotions, granting us the freedom to rebuild and reflect. As the journey unfolds, it transitions into a space of acceptance, letting go, and embracing unconditional love, fostering healing, hope, and a sense of magic within each dancer.

On 9/15/24, I was given the honor of DJing Ecstatic Dance Nashville. I have been a grateful participant of this community for a year now and I can honestly say, I have never felt so accepted, loved, encouraged, held, nurtured, and at peace with another group of humans. This community shows up, they show up for each other, themselves and they showed up for me. Together we are raising the energetic vibration of this world. Together we are using our voice song to heal this beautiful planet and the souls on it! This recording was made the day before, I don't think anything could ever really capture what happened on that magical morning. It was transcended. All I can say is...thank you, thank you a million times. I love you all!
