I wrote this song because in life we sometimes fight with the ones we love. Go through a divorce or worse. This song is when you realise that you can only do so much. It’s a 2 way street and sometimes you have to let people go. Don’t be sorry when deep down you aren’t sorry, and for good reason.

Recorded late night waaay back whenever, my friend at the time, recorded some beat boxing then went to sleep. I made a song out of it :p

The guitar solo section is mostly 4ths and I remember at the time thinking 'Ya! 4ths!  Something really different!  Nobody ever does that!   lol, there's a reason for that.  It's like a middle finger suddenly springing up in the recording.  Which I think I was going for?   Nowadays I find it really jarring and am slightly pissed off that I did that. I no longer have the bedtracks for it however, so this is how it stays.

It is like being huddled next to a trouble light for warmth, while sleeping in a rolled up rug in a garage, in the middle of winter.
