So, I was at a local pizza place, I heard this Tech N9ne song playing (Slacker), and I fell in love with the beat; I just knew that I needed to use it for a mash-up.... and here we are.  Really changes the feel of the song, but in a good way.  The words are just so edifying, timothy brindle just kills it on this album!  Oh, and I cut out the hook, It just did not fit with the key of the beat (nor the style, for that matter).

This beat is ancient, my brother Cory Grindberg, (who's a fantastic beat producer), made this thing waaaay back in 2008.  It's him on the guitar and everything.  But, it's timeless in my opinion, and works really well over the flow of this song.  Enjoy.

God's Servant - All In ft. Christon Gray

For this one, I wanted to find a chill, jazzy beat.  I wanted something simple, more simple than the original.  I found it, on Sound Cloud.  A Boy in the Garden's "A Storm and a Cup of Coffee" was the perfect beat for this track.  I had to do a lot of editing to make it work.  The beat has a that faux 3/4 time, were it's actually 4/4, and for a novice like me; this presented a challenge in syncing the acapella up.  They hurtle was how short the instrumental was, whereas the song itself is like 5 minutes.  I like the way it came out, but if you hear some kind of issue, just drop me a line (I want to learn!)
