Acoustic rough of the Broken Stems newest song "Orange Yellow Blue." In this song, the colors refer to the auras we carry with us and each sentence that follows is a description of that color as they mold together and form our personalities and character.

Singer-songwriter Jesse Gawlik is a dynamic storyteller, solo artist and front man for San Diego blues roots rock band, Broken Stems. Jesse has a appeared on Fox5 and CBS for his involvement in the charity expedition to mexico for the 2015 Caravan2Cabo music festival and surf competition. In 2016, Jesse’s most recent music release “Hear You Calling” gained notoriety when it landed his band as finalist in the iHeartRadio Rising Star competition. Again in 2017, Broken Stems were nominated as JBL’s Best American Band and have become a sought after artist in the Greater San Diego Area. Jesse currently tours the West coast and music festivals year-round, regularly playing venues such as Belly Up, House of Blues San Diego, The Music Box, Casbah, and 710 Beach Club.
