A 4-track tracker tune from 1994.

Made for a demo (google "demoscene 90s") on a PC (sorry not Amiga). One fun thing for demo songs was that these files had to be quite small so that the whole demo could fit in the 640Kb system memory of 16bit MS-DOS. To compensate for that you would sacrifice the quality of samples and try to use short ones as possible. The coders would give you the absolute file size limit. The song should also loop reasonably well.

Finding and recording even decent samples was a painful process. You'd always have unnecessary AD/DA conversions, due to digital domain being so young and incomplete. Playback was mostly on 8bit hardware at this point though some cool kids had the Gravis Ultrasound 16bit 44.1khz CD quality device to which we all listened with jaws extended.
