Introducing my Roadshow of Wrong! Episode 1 - Biscuits!

Anyone who knows me, knows how i love an afterparty! Especially one of those ones back at my place where everyone involved tries to find their weirdest / trippiest music and funniest you tube clip in contribution to the vibes at the party. This mix has been a labor of love for the best part of the last year for me and something i've been really excited to share with the world. Welcome to my Roadshow of wrong! a new series of mixtapes and parties for the late night thinkers out there!

I have taken inspiration from Chris Morris's old Warp records podcasts here and things like adult Swim's "off the air" series a mix of great music and comedy. I wanted to design something that the listener can sit down with people they love, put their feet up, get in the zone, form a cuddle puddle if at all possible and listen to these mixes like watching a good movie. They will be trippy, immersive and a journey for the senses. I hope you enjoy listening to this as much as i did making it : ) Doorly xxx

DSR is back with a new 7" release by Norwegian fivesome hubbabubbaklubb.

The band, of which Danish edit maestro Joystick Jay is a member, weave an all-live smooth disco vibe with toasty warm synths and a stoned summer aura.

'Mopedbart' is best mixed with a hammock, cold beer and a sunset as it jams along with mellow pads, hand claps and the story of a dude cruising around town on his scooter living it easy. 'Lille Sote Svanse' picks up the pace for a popping disco cut which simmers away with its bass-heavy groove before giving way to a stunning Rick Wright-inspired lead break journey into the stratosphere.

Both sides ooze colour and transport anybody within earshot straight to a toasty world of deck chairs, disco dancing and good times.
