Mallets Bay

This a song about taking hits and wondering if things will ever get better. I had frustrating fun while making this song. I composed and recorded directly into Logic for the first time  and my old brain had trouble adapting to it.  I still mixed it with Reaper because I've been using it for several dog years and some cat years as well.  I ended up changing the drum track because sometimes songs need big drums and the first one ended up having too much reverb and sat in the back of the mix.
