My latest original song, recorded very roughly in my Edinburgh bedroom. Complete with traffic noise and background buzz. Working on a more edited version, but here's a bit of a rough cut.

I’ve had a bit of an inspiration kick lately. Some combination of having actual midterms to write and some exciting developments in my life. Enjoy this slightly boppier one. Also rough, also a bit of a demo, so forgive any dodgy parts. 

A song about that time between falling in love and having fallen, the fun of those moments of "do I?". Lowering your defences, laying down your weapons, and just letting it happen. Maybe I just love you, what a thrill.

I wrote this one a few years ago at a particularly low point, then picked it back up recently. I thought it was worth getting recorded. 

I hope you enjoy it. This is a rough first demo, a more polished version will come eventually.

This song is inspired by developing feelings for someone you know is bad for you, taken from a number of experiences. Mostly, the inspiration is from a letter I wrote when I was around 15, to a boy I'd met at a party who made the dangerous seem enticing, in which I referred to him as "Tobacco Boy".
