Modern Indie Spacecats

I'm a Mystery is my opus for being human. I set out to capture both the awe and the tangled questions that come with feeling deeply alive. This song is years in the making; I wrote its first lines on the day I found out I was pregnant, and instantly felt its magic. Six years later, my producer and I layered new melodies and textures over that original demo, weaving together lush, cinematic sounds and a touch of childlike wonder. It’s a piece that grew with me, holding all the beauty, confusion, and hope I felt in becoming someone new.
