This is a recent track I created with so much joy. I have been guiding yoga classes, retreats, workshops, & private students through the BIJA chakra mantras with my harmonium for many years, and now I offer this original meditation track to you to open your voice with anytime you like.

Feel free to choose any of the pitches (notes) I am singing as your anchor for where to begin, and then go where your voice feels most easeful. 

Try to find a relaxed & open throat to increase your vocal resonance (vibration). Relax your face & your jaw... Take deep belly breaths... and let the sound move you. :)
