BedHead is about a toxic relationship with another woman. It was one sided and had to walk away, yet waited too long to do so. My heart was in, her heart was not. It's about the push and pull of lust. What is right and what is wrong? Ultimately, I decided to love myself. I wanted to symbolize that powerful decision and realization with uplifting melodies and positive instrumentation!
