This song describes the story of Gaius Julius Caesar Augustus Germanicus, or better known as Caligula. Lyrics are as follows
 
VERSE 1
A long, long time ago, 
In the glorious Roman Empire, the second emperor was killed
And his name was Tiberius
His death turned Rome into a Circus, until along came Caligula
The Mob of the city were excited,to have a new Princeps they were delighted
Tiberius was a mole, that’s why he was smothered with a pillow
Originally Gaius, Caligula, was prosperous and popular
Until he was stabbed deep inside
The day Caligula died

My, my this Caligula Guy
Having sex with his sisters only he would deny
The Senate was cross that they were pushed aside  
They said, this will be the day that he dies, this will be the day that he dies

VERSE 2
Ancient historians wrote the book of hate,
They were born several centuries too late, they picked on poor Caligula
Oh Seutonius said he looked kinda odd
He said his body and mind were flawed and the poor guy suffered from Insomnia
Well Dio Cassius and Josephus, didn’t think he was worth much of a fuss
One historian we could rely, Oh that Tacitus guy
Too bad that his works that have survived, that part of his Annals we are deprived
The poor guy was despised the day Caligula died, I started singin'

Now Caligula was born in August,
From Agrippina he burst on the 31st,His father was the popular Germanicus
Because Tiberius was a little brain dead
It let Caligula be ahead, and he had Caesar’s blood within him
Caligula is only his nick-name, soldiers in legions of his father we blame
For the little boots he would wear, while out marching to prepare
He lived with his mother in Rome after his Dad visited the funeral home
Then his grandma’s and finally Tiberius17, the day Caligula died, we were singin'

VERSE 4
Caligula’s childhood was not a happy one
It was when his Father had died; it began, Tiberius started harassing his family
He was surrounded by murder and fear;
He was summoned to Capri in the 31st year, as his family died at the hands of Tiberius
It was said that Caligula was a prisoner, or close to it but not a visitor
Tiberius knew he was evil, made him heir to make himself less of a weasel
The tyrannical rule of Gaius, could be blamed on Tiberius
But we’ll never really know for sure how Caligula really died, we started singin'

VERSE 5
When he first became Princeps all was divine,
He abolished the sales tax just fine, and even recalled political exiles
Tiberius left a lot of wealth which kept the financial system in good health
But Caligula soon wasted all of that
In 37 when he fell ill, his rule took a turn downhill
No one knows exactly what it was, but they all know what it caused
The humiliated Senate had lost control; Caligula tried to get his race horse Consol
He made them prostrate to him like a god, the day Caligula died, we were singin'

VERSE 6
There are many theories on his ‘Madness’
Some would say it was childhood blackness, but he actually could’ve been insane
He was most likely epileptic
But it’s more probable he was post-encephalitic, and didn’t have bacterial Meningitis
It caused Caligula to seem insane, even his own Praetorian guard said he can’t remain 
Two prefects from his Guard, participated for his rule to be barred 
Caligula was killed in his Palace; his three year reign was riddled with malice
No one cared that he was stabbed 30 times, the day Caligula died
