Jesus or Genome is the acoustic project of singer songwriter Michael Cundick who was born and raised in Utah and has earned himself a reputation for his musicianship, community building, Green Party politics, and permaculture farming and activism.  He is the co-founder of the SLC Air Protectors, the Chairperson of the Utah Permaculture Collective, and is the Agricultural Co-Director at Krishna Food Forest & Farm. His music is spiritual, thought provoking and has elements of punk/hardcore rock influence from his past bands like Loom, Worst Friends, and the Hifi-Massacre who he had the opportunity to tour the country with on many occasions. On his latest album "Michael & The Forest Gospel" he is joined by a string trio made up of Juliette Camille (Violin), David Bowen (stand-up Bass), and Jason Rawlings (Cello).
