I'm trying to programme drums to mirror what I'd play for real. On the way I built a track around it, experimenting with layers and using EmVoice's Keela virtual singer to sing my lyrics.

The vocal version. Haven't really sang on a track for about 30 years, so it was fun to play with a couple of mid tempo ballads. It was also lotsa fun to produce something with voice again. [Ver. Vocal 36]

JetBelly is a project of bassist Scott Montgomery, based in Studio City, CA; It's #indie #powerpop #rock #folk and sometimes #psychedelic in various combinations, most of it written and recorded while traveling. Scott takes a guitar, recording interface and a Neumann TLM107 mic pretty much anywhere in the world, if they'll let it on the plane, so songs or pieces of songs have been recorded in odd corners of Nashville and Paris, Providence and Provence, Kauai and St Martin and dozens of other cities.
