Pop Corn Odyssey is reminiscing about great dance floor moments that make you feel just to leave immediately for the next jamboree. An 80s-infused disco Odyssee with the undeniable capacity to fill every floor.
The artwork is an analog still art photography project staged by the Berlin Photographers Arne Grugel and Sascha Abel. A fantasy about extraterrestrial cities.

Our favourite couple of the underground is coming with their second 2 tracker on JEUDI. Two stunning pieces accompanied by an uber remix of the sought after duo Innellea. Great excitement in the JEUDI house to finally present these much demanded and already well supported works. 

“Hypnos” is a laid back multi facetted deep groover with all the coolness and experience of Danito & Athina’s production skills. Always evolving, great story telling and cocooning the crowd in melodic deep vibes leaving only happy faces. 

Innelleas reinterpretation of “Hypnos” is adding the flavour of the wild west including some decent cowbell action and a nonchalant compelling guitar work. Reminding of Neil Young’s work forJim Jarmusch’s movie “Dead Man” combined with tripping voodoo synth spheres.

“My Body” is featuring Athina’s voice with an undeniable seductiveness. This seething almost mystical tune builds a very own deep and profound atmosphere.

Finally we have him back. We just caught Monte before entering his white Ferrari and escaping back to the future in 1985. His first release "True" on JEUDI Records became an instant hit in 2012 worldwide and since then he continued to cement his reputation as an absolute analog synth specialist and connaisseur of the 80s era soundscapes. Nevertheless Monte has had many musical influences. His upgrowing was also domintated by the sound of Kraftwerk, the 90s techno sound and his love for film soundtracks. With his first solo EP he is bringing it all together. An extravaganza and a deep journey into sound.

Without a doubt you will find Monte's trademark bass sound in this techish, stormy piece. It's also an opus with a huge build up reminding of Vangelis in its best manners. A beat to remember because his musical handicraft gets extensively introduced and you will find out what talented creations come out of Monte´s electronic machine brain.

As Monte is giving us two very special bonus variations of his main themes, this one refers to the classic hollywood soundtrack music. The beautiful piano variation of the "Bubblegum" theme flows into an epic symphony.

A heavy bassliner Monte is bringing up here.  An ideal for a racing game soundtrack or never the less a dancefloor smasher. A full loading speed sound with packages of energy inside. Monte´s soundworld on this track is combined with pinpoint arpeggiator synths and a rough shivering bassline.

B2  Push Theme
As a part of his 80's film sound track studies Monte has created his very own version of the "Push" theme. Made with loads of analog gear of that era this joint features live musicians dedicated to the sound of the 80s. Enjoy the cruise in a white and shiny Ferrari Testarossa through a sundowning Miami Beach scenery. So much to discover and still more to come.

For the 27th JEUDI issue let’s welcome back one of the label headhonchos Doctor Dru. The “Savannah” EP is uniting his past as a drummer and his feel for hooky, layered arpeggios in a perfect manner. Dru’s tracks are always welcomed sureshots on the foor. His last contribution “The Pattern” stirred up the summer in Ibiza in 2015 and was played to death by major league artists like Solomun or Nic Fanciulli. This year his infamous remixes of D-nox & Beckers “Serenade” on JEUDI , Nico Stojans “BLUE HOUR” and Sailor &I’s “Letters” stirred up the festivals and foors around the world. We are sure this release will fnd his way in the playlist of many DJs as well.

The “Savannah” leads you in the wide of the african steppe merging multi layered arpish melodies into one fne percussion driven hypnotizing tune. Of course with never missing the hands up moment.

“Praerie” is featuring a little darker atmosphere but not less percussion driven. You’ll fnd Dru’s signature drone with trancy melody interjections. But the breakdown is what made the tracks name. Inspired by the west coast synth melodies of the late 70’s it comes suprisingly and with just the right power to make the crowd freak out.

Chaim is a true stand out artist in today's fast paced electronic music world. Known not only for his works for Bpitch control and his collabos with Guy Gerber. His unique and organic sound was always amongst the crews favourites. Needless to say we are so looking forward to nally release this huge EP we have been playing since last summer constantly for the magic moments. 

“Safe Word” has been a much sought after tune in our mixes and shows already. It underpins his special hand for shaping this unique mix of classic Chicago house infused sound topped by hypnotic, dubby synth scapes. Who ever has heard him play and was grabbed by the unique magic in his sets will absolutely love this one.
The second original “Sun Tease” is de nately the trippy one. Some serious dub in here but still with the right vibe for the house music  oor melting to one trip of a tune. The originals are coming with some tasteful reworks. “Safe Word” remixed by the installation artist and musician Deniz Kurtel who came to fame by her outstanding tune “The L Word ft. Jada“ on Crosstown Rebels. She’s absolutely picking up the trippiness of the whole release with her work. As well as JEUDI’s own Bambook partnering up with Miami’s Quina delivering a beauty in perfection mirroring their outstanding production skills and taste . Last contribution is coming from JEUDI label honcho Doctor Dru who picked “Sun Tease” and edited a cut only adding a little of his Dru  avour which just teases the peak time.

D-Nox & Beckers are back on JEUDI with their 2nd contribution to the label. Enough is said about these two well establish legends of the underground with wide spanning careers established since the 90s. Moreover we added another grand seigneur of the house and techno scene. The french wizard Sebastién Léger signed responsible for the remix duties.
D-Nox & Beckers’ “Disorder” is maxing out the simple idea of one odd shifting arp motive rocking the whole track. “Strange Days” is a solo track of Frank Beckers. We were hooked by the psychodelic ambience of the tune at once. Beckers showing of his mastership of creating weird and trippy arp line tunes combined with undeniable dancability.
Sebastién Léger remix of “Disorder” is playing creatively with the dominant main motive, mangeling it, straightening it and showing a beautiful new view on the original with a strong affection for the dance floor. A diversified collection of well experienced works we are very keen to present.

that inherently emerged and evolved with them. “Same Old Story” represents their way
of telling the deep disco story.

Faces is binding the world of technoish, oldschoolish house grooves with a deep true
bassline. The dark vocals are bringing the british 80ʼs flavour to this hypnotic piece.

Denis Yashin the versatile talent coming from the wide lands of Siberia to Vienna,
Austria is a very reflected, thoughtful guy when it comes to production. Influenced by
Detroit Techno and experimental electronic music he has developed his own, unique
soundscape.

JEUDI Records is welcoming the new year with a strong single track EP

by our label co-founders Adana Twins featuring the Brazilian duo Digitaria.

The past year was an exciting one for our twins. Filled with extensive

touring after the huge success of their “Everyday” EP.


When travelling the world you make aquaintances. Meeting Digitaria during their

recent Brazil tour was a very fruitful one. There was a big sympathy and a great vibe

resulting in this huge deep disco hammer.


Danielas subtle vocals with a synthetic flavor floats over a fat bassy synthline.

The sweet chord steps bring in the brazilian flavour. Knowing the Adana Twins

you can be sure of a big build up happening leaving the crowds in arm raising,

You can’t resist the late 70ies discofunk feel in this tune. Flashing lights, 
ping pong your hips and freak out on a track which doubtlessly
will bring you a happy face.

The funk stays alive in this one. The drivin’ guitar lick and repetitive vocal sample 
will drive the crowd to sweat. Just like back in the old days - shake all ya tushies.
