Rick was surrounded by music ever since - his grandfather was playing viola in a theatre his entire life and his parents took him to concerts frequently. Born in 1986 in the east part of the Berlin he moved to several cities within Germany - after graduating from school and studying business and economics to follow a regular job for a couple of years he decided to take a year off in order to travel around the globe in 2014. He was playing more & more DJ gigs at that time just by walking in and asking to play music for a bit which ended mostly in long sundown sets up to 6 hours. He got more and more passionated and wanted to create his own tracks. 

Three years later (and finally back in Berlin) he is working daily in his own record studio in Berlin in order to perfect his sound. Rick is also playing regular DJ Gigs in several clubs and bars in Berlin or organizing events with his friends and DJ`s/producers MANTU & Philipp Mollenkott. In 2017 they started to threw parties in corner shops and organized their own open air just to have a good time with their friends which ended up being shut down by the police with more than 2.000 dancing people. Ricks Dj sets are always adjusted to the certain situation from deep and groovy build-up phases to peak time dance floor atmospheres, always percussive and melodic with a tribal touch. 

The record „Tamèle“ is showing a sort of melancholic side with a chilled groove that fits to every sundowner set. The soundworld combines dreamy sound elements and a calming piano that guides through the whole track.
