I wrote "How2luv" through a period of gloom, stress, and anxiety for many different reasons leading up to playing my first festival. It's during times like these that I forget how to give or receive love, and end up rejecting and withholding it from others. Bottling up negative energy & emotions was the problem. Creating was the answer to that problem, not as a solution, but as a release. Sometimes a release is all we need. Hopefully, this helps any of you that may be dealing with a stressful job, depression, relationship troubles, or literally any situation that's chipping away at your physical, mental, and/or emotional well-being to find your release, and remember how2luv.
