The extract of this Yiddish-Ukrainian song “Proshchai Odessa,” sung by Pesakh Burstein, was sung by Mariam Nirenberg in her original compilation of Odessa songs. Olga Mieleszczuk combined it with a Ukrayinish Kek-Vok (Ukrainian Cakewalk) collected by Yale Strom from a klezmer musician in Pińsk, Belarus.
