This song is composed by Finnish composer, Eurovision representant 1964 and pianist Lasse Mårtensson, who sadly passed away on May 14th, 2016. He also composed Myrskyluodon Maija (Stormkärs Maja) for a TV series with same name. 

Oh, and sorry for mistakes. I posted this version to remember the composer. Rest in peace Lasse.
