The EP opens with Mineral’s monster ‘Underground Mentality’, precision primed to tear up dancefloors with its heady mix of distorted reeces, chopped breaks and ravey stabs.

Label debutant Charla Green switches things into a different direction with the stunning ‘No Stress’, a deep rolling summer-inflected vocal number which showcases this fast-rising artists talent’s beautifully.

Another debut joins the party as Toni Bassi drops the rolling footwork / juke of ‘Junak’, where mystical vocals combine with warped bass stabs and hypnotic riffs for a refreshingly modern vibe.

The EP closes with DJ Junk and Moakz’s collaboration ‘Illustrious Ideology’, where a seductive intro gives way to dark atmospherics and tearing synths to close the EP on a high.

CODERCRDS022 - Broken Planet EP (Clips) (Out 03/05/24)

So I am going through my first two or three seasons of mixing and mixing them again...  Why?  Because my mixing was shit and, coming from a house background, I didn't really know what I was doing, not that I do now.
The songs mostly remain the same- if anything some of the fat is trimmed off.  These mixes aren't available anymore so it's probably your first time hearing them.
