Love's Not Over is an emotionally-charged song which explores feelings and life after the tragic deterioration of a relationship.

Imbued with a bittersweet aura throughout, the song can be perceived as a musical expression of the complex healing process which follows after moving away from someone you love - where feelings of desolation, love and hurt run in parallel. 

It examines how these emotions are navigated against a backdrop of emotional trauma and why, in life, we are capable of hurting the people we care for the most. Incorporating lyrics such as "the killer for the witness", this song is ultimately about moving on - charting the transition from being active in our actions to a mere observer as time passes, and where previous decisions exist in an alternate, out-of-time space. In this sense, the song is a reminder of the importance of looking to the future, and the value of consciously living in the present.
