im over heating my minds over run

but i try to keep quiet cause they don’t care either way

But ive learned people need people to have happiness

i wish i could go back 
to the days that made more sense
id come from school and watch the tv set
mom would make us dinner
and id dream all my dreams came true
but i was naieve but i quickly learned the rules

but nowadays im so scattered
dont know who i am 
some moments am up and I’m ready to make a plan
but most days I just sit and I let it all sink in
i stay up past 2am again and the melody begins

what are you doing who you gonna be

you don’t care at all but you also care so much

and then when it gets to much i just try to fall asleep

its hard to keep up with what the world wants
they want a perfect daughter who is going to get a steady job
but im barely 18 and i thought i was entitled to a dream 
its hard to love other people
when you can’t love yourself
you hate the insecure girls
but youre one of them  as well 
you wish you had good friends who just would understand
but you sort of just give up and you choose to be alone when you stand

but tired of all of this adding up

Surprise! Hi all, I have quietly been working on this collection of hymns for the past couple of months. I got some equipment and recorded it myself so its not super high quality haha but I'm hoping that the words and the message will be clear. I think music is one of the most powerful ways to invite the spirit and as I'm going off to share this message of the gospel with the people of New York, I can only hope I will also be able to share my music with them as a tool to invite the spirit and to bring peace.
