I’m a veteran of the British forces of 25yrs and this has had a massive impact on my mental health. I use music and mixing to help me in my mental health journey.
I compiled this 49 min mix whilst I was at the charity Combat Stress as a resident at Tyrwhitt House on a intensive therapy program. I challenged the staff that my take on relaxation through the genres I love is possible. 
This mix is some of the best none commercial chill out tracks going back over over 20yrs. 
So, turn down the lights, get yourself comfortable and treat yourself to 50mins of pure relaxation.

Totally Melodic - Solar

This is a change from my usual uploads. Backstory, I was asked to do a set for a friend’s 50th with a mix of current banging dance tracks and old skool floor filler classics. I enjoyed compiling these 40 tracks so much that I did a recording as I felt they were worthy of getting some more airplay. Current tracks from MK, Calvin Harris, SG Lewis and Chaney with classics coming from as far back as C+C Music Factory, Happy Clappers, Robin S, East 57th St. and the Freemasons. 
This set is definitely great for getting any party going. Enjoy!!

Summer Vibes is here just in time for the season. Just over 3hrs of summertime tunes to play in the background. Starting off at 61bpm with over 40 tracks finishing on 136bpm. Trying to capture the atmosphere of Mambo's Cafe where they are the GOAT of summer vibes.
