Originally being raised in Oklahoma, this took a few years living in Florida to really understand what I wrote about in this song. Florida is still just as Country as all the other Southern States...but there is so much more you get with a State that has all the water, beaches, woods, swamp lands all thrown in to one. That's what this one is all about. This one also has 4, or 5 Redneck friends that helped with the "lyrical genius" (they like to say) of the song.

Livin' Florida Country

This concept started years ago and one day sitting at the pool in the Florida Sunshine, myself and one of best friends John Foshee (go check out his music BTW) knocked this out pretty quickly. My Producer Robert Willis put the "drive" in it I was looking for and I am grateful that it has started to become a little bit of an "anthem" for Rednecks hittin' the beaches!

Finding My Way

Wrote this one of course, about a girl that took my breath away. Meant to record it full band, but once we did it in the Studio just raw and Acoustic (huge thank you to my Producer Robert Willie here) I couldn't touch it and add anymore. I loved it just the way it was. Would love to get your thoughts on it though?
