40. SICK SONG COVER

hi, im the creator of this account and creepypasta,(or dr take if you wanna call it that). and wanted to just give an update on the take itself and why i probably wont do anything more with it.

this take was made as a creepypasta while being a part time mockery of vision crew clones. i started making this to flesh out my art and spriting skills and not really for anything too big, thoughtd itd be fun to see some peoples reactions to it but didnt think anything much would come of it. then it kinda blew up, mainly thanks to the chairiel track and gestur's superboss theme.
it was really cool seeing people come up with stuff about it! and i liked seeing peoples theories for what messed up thing would happen next. But i lost alot of motivation after finishing up ch3. i thought maybe itd be fun to explore the other chapters to see what id do, and to really force in some meta creepypasta elements slowly(which sidenote, ive realized the reason theres no dr creepypastas you can think of, is mainly because weird shit happening with meta fourth wall breaks and junk is already in deltarune, so its really hard to push that into making it off) . however i started getting burnt out, if you dont know everything youve listened to is made by not a musician, but an artist that really likes horror. so this account is less of an ost and more of a gallery with ambient tracks in the background(and some sorta shitposty tracks like tennas pre transformation theme). and ive realized i cant do another 4 chapters all by myself that would suck, and with actual pressure from over a hundred people now im not sure if id like to continue working on this anymore. i still love these characters ive made, and im happy ive made them.
but i cant keep working on this, and thats all there is to it.
im not sure if ill really make anything else for this, but i have a drive i plan to set up with concept art and actual art by me, as well as some mmpz's(the ambient songs are made in fl while the actual fight themes are made in lmms). i will probably post the few remaining actually somewhat finished songs soon with their thumbnails too. but after that i think im done. i hope this take made some people happy and i would generally love to see more horror in this community. i actively encourage ch3 takes to be more horror centric or just in general have more fucked up dr fancontent, its cool and i hope to see more of it maybe.

and side note pompom does not own this account, they just helped with making gestur's motifs so i wanted to have a vague way to credit them but go check them out please.
