MLD Guest Mix By Sunny Inside

So...I take a deep breath now...because this is something so very special to me what I am able to introduce to you now...since a certain time a nice ongoing connection of music love has build to  Chris a.k.a. Noosa Soundsystem from Australia. And now he has built a set especially for MLD!! Can't believe that this is real now...he is such a talented producer and those who know about his releases find a very unique and deep sound in his tracks...also his fast developement is amazing and very inspiring for me...I'm curious about his process in future!
so here's  what Chris himself says about this special mix:
"Rather than opting to beat mix a dub techno set, I wanted to create something special for this guest mix - and in so doing - maybe share a deeper insight into the sonic aesthetic that informs the Noosa Sound System project. Taking a deep dive into my personal archives for this session, we navigate some pretty abstract long-form ambient territory in places. Whilst there is also some re workings of material from the Beyond the Sphere album that released last year on Greyscale. 
Normally some of these more experimental recordings might sit on the hard drive, as sample material or sound design references. However putting them together into a different narrative that wouldn't usually eventuate, has been a super interesting exercise leading to this exclusive set.
I hope you enjoy the session as much as I did, and if you listen carefully, you'll hear someone present during recording, loose it at one point as we start spinning a radio on the old 1200 Mk2. I left this in the final edit because it captures the fun to be had when we don't take our time in the studio too seriously! All that remains now is to express my thanks, much love and respect to Sai for the invite to MLD, and of course to you for listening - whoever you are - please don't be a stranger!

Techenie presents the fifth episode of the Reka podcast, the mix for which was recorded by a talented musician and producer from Amsterdam - Seabra Monkey @seabra_monkey .

Seabra Monkey was very inspired by the Reka compilation released on Techenie in March, and he decided to make a special mix out of it, which was called "VA REKA One on One with Seabra Monkey". Over the past couple of years, I realized that it’s more pleasant for me to just love music, and not to be a musician or DJ: collecting vinyl, looking for ambient and dub techno to listen to on endless trips, recording demos on my Digitakt in the forests of Siberia, the mountains of the Caucasus and along the rivers of the central Russia. Most often I make mixes on trains or planes, and the tracks are born from live recordings that I prepare for my rare performances. Life is in full swing, but at the same time I am a lonely person and this makes me feel comfortable, this is the main refrain in my work. Its form is expressed in broken rhythm, sub-bass and ambient canvases. 
In addition to dub techno, I write leftfield and breakbeat in the spirit of the Ilian Tape label and the cult Leftfield. By the way, my live in this genre was released on Nikita Zabelin’s program - Resonance Moscow on May 11, and I’m preparing an album for them. 
As for today’s mix, the photo shows my dear and beloved Ryazan, and today’s journey through its night streets in the company of classics of the genre, the unexpected Burial with two remixes, the beloved Danes Lulu Rouge and Fussganger, and the amazing Óþekkt from Glasgow. From the early days of the free party scene from brickworks to caves to beaches Ive been there filling generaters banging tent pegs ,laying cables carrying soundsystems  known as "Jim the WaterMan" wandering the party with a waterbutt and cup on a string hydrating party people for fun and spliffs,to making music with 303s samplers and drum machines,putting on Chill Sites at festivals in Tipis djing till dawn,to having a little club in our bassment with brick dj booth, to being in bands nobody heard of playing keyboards,to ,moving to Manchester partying at Bugged out ,to having our own collective putting party nighs on ,to moving to the countryside ,to having an accident  having to walk with sticks no more dancing the night away,so here still djing in my living room with cool tunes I find with my family and cats keeping it real,I do the mixes for me to play in our van and my workshop,I love to share them with you and to bigup the talented folk who make the tunes ,theres so much cool music out there,Im just doing my bit.Enjoy life its the only one you have :}Jim.....
