Hola, mi nombre es Mazzimo. Este es mi proyecto en el que exploro la parte de mi biblioteca musical que contiene Disco, Nu-Disco, Breaks, Downtempo y Afrohouse. 

Este proyecto lo he tenido en mente desde hace algunos años y con mucha motivación lo presento por medio de esta primera sesión musical, espero lo disfruten y compartan.

Jimmy Franke, a Latino guy born in Guatemala, Central America who began his DJ career at the age of 15. Growing up with electronic music he started playing Techno as well as some Minimal Tunes at The Box Lounge-Groove in Guatemala City. Without knowing anything or anyone in this field, he started listening to those nasty groove and funky beats integrating these new elements in his own music and turntables. After a couple of years (since 2005) he was influenced by Casta & Jr. Gonzo from Guatemala, and some fancy DJs with gold music and diamond taste like James Holden, Worthy, Andhim, Engelhardt, Jamie Jones, Mike Dred, Nina Kraviz, Mike Dunn, Catz & Dogz, and many more; he started knocking the door with Minimal, Techno, Electro-Clash, Progressive House, Detroit beats & some Breaks.

Over the years, and after taking The Box from 2006 to 2011, filling locations till explode, he started playing for more and more audience in Clubs and Big Gigs, sharing turntables with other DJs & well known DJs like Dirk Verbruggen from Belgium, Martin Yusso from Argentina and DJ Nasty from Germany with Tech-House, Funky-Tech, Deep-House and Groove beats.Now he's on a journey making people shake their rusty bones they have, exploding some minds and emancipating souls in Germany, Berlin.
