In the last month I have stopped trying to talk myself out...of everything. 
That included replacing my perception of my writing style. Instead of saying what's wrong with that...I started saying things like, ok I like to write lyrics in 7/4, how can I best use that. This is the current progress of a song that is going to be much bigger...But it is just an introduction!

Everything is about Perspective not Perception and I suffered because I even used to fall for it from time to time. It really is the best part of finding self-love, because then you really can let people hear what you have to say.
So as someone told me recently I tell all of you.
Listen to the groove, melodies, and words inside. They are there for a reason so trust it and trust yourself. 

With that, I have accepted that my lyrics may never be understood. But what I have to remember is music is subjective and different for everyone...

And with that I start to share my message.

Introduction

Acoustic version done.... A.k.a. I just wrote this and recorded it on my phone! lol. I was a victim of #Gaslighting in 2018 while in a reduced mental state and unable to defend myself. 

Here are some of my words that were a subliminal cry for help. Why not write the rest out after you found a bit of self-love? Which is the true key to overcome gaslighting, depression, bullying and many other things. For me the key was understanding that individualism is a form of self-love. That changed everything for me.  

If you believe in yourself there is no stopping you, and what you can do! Maybe go Live on Instagram hoping you don't stab yourself in the eye with a drumstick. =) It is amazing what happens when you get out of your own way!

Gaslighting is Bad FirstOneTake

In the five years, it took...I never gave up on this song. Just never forced it. There definitely were some challenges along the way, but #ImStillHere. I survived this cover art and more. This was less than a year, and unfortunate how we treat concussions, and brain injuries sometimes. Include having 3 episodes of kidney stones in the same time frame... 

It is also why every moment is the blessing for me.
