From my experience, Monhun has one of those communities where people seem to be invested in helping you be good, as opposed to berating you for not being good. I think its because it has a genuine skill set that doesnt really rely on twitchy reflexes, more on a zenlike patience and timing.

I'm beginning to think CDPR keeps fucking up deliberately so nobody talks about what a mediocre empty box of a game Cyberpunk is. I could write a damn essay about how badly it falls short.

Uhh, since when did black people have copyright on afros? Or is Laura just stereotyping? The thing she didn't like with "Like a dragon" and hungry hobos? Also the darker skin tone is already unlocked. Godamn... 

I'm glad everyone on the podcast agrees that ACAB, more and more people are saying it.

The games industry is trash. Game developers and publishers are trash. A huge chunk of games media is trash, and of course Gamers are trash. This is just yet another example of why the whole industry needs to be rebuilt from the ground up with workers actually in control. (But as Conrad said, that just makes games a microcosm of the economy as a whole.)

as someone who have played a lot of Deep Rock, you can have skin colours from white to black to green and chromatic colors, and you should get access to most of that after 3-6 hours

It sucks that Deep Rocks customization unlocks seem really limited on console, cuz on PC afaik all the human-like skincolours are unlocked by default :/ It's the weird mega pale blue-ish skin or literal gold skin that costs extra. That's a massive shame
