Dawn of the Dead (2004) might be quite close for a Dead Rising movie. No clowns wielding chainsaws, though.

Death Stranding gives you rewards for going through "BS" by giving you stuff to make it easier. Jim didn't mention that. 

Somehow, Billy Zane is in this film. Nothing else worth mentioning is, but we mention it all anyway.
